At Legit Queso, our goal is simple: when your queso arrives, it should be fresh, delicious, and ready to enjoy. We take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order to ensure it gets to you in great condition.

Because our queso is perishable, we follow specific shipping practices designed to protect freshness every step of the way.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM PST.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing on Monday.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping & Delivery

Most customers receive their order within 24 hours once it ships, though delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

To ensure the best experience, we recommend being available to receive your delivery and refrigerating your queso promptly upon arrival.

How Your Queso Ships

All Legit Queso products are stored and shipped frozen to preserve freshness and quality.

Your order may arrive:

• Fully frozen
• Partially thawed but still cold

Both are completely normal and safe.

Once your queso arrives, you can:

• Store it in the freezer for up to 1 year
• Refrigerate it for up to 4 weeks

We include a storage guide in every box with additional details to help you enjoy your queso at its best.

If your order does not arrive in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours at support@legitqueso.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

If something isn’t right when it arrives, we will make it right.
